Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate any charges.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
For links: only active links count toward your limit, so delete links you no longer need to free a slot. Archived links keep their short slug reserved, so on the Free plan (which has no reserved slugs) delete rather than archive. For clicks: paid plans keep redirecting even after you pass your monthly allowance, so your links never break and your campaigns keep running. We just prompt you to add a click pack or upgrade. On the Free plan, once you cross a small grace buffer visitors see a lightweight limit page where they can still continue to the destination, and normal redirects resume when your quota resets.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid via invoice for Enterprise customers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
When will Business tier features be available?
Campaign Management, Funnel Analysis, and A/B Testing are coming later in 2026. Sign up now at the early-adopter price ($79/mo, or $790/yr billed annually) and you’ll keep that rate — pricing increases to $99/mo for new subscribers when those premium features launch.
